VK Ads MCP server

Lets your AI read and manage your VK Ads campaigns, ad groups, banners and statistics in one chat.

This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to your VK Ads advertising account. Once it is set up, you can ask questions about your campaigns and ads in plain words instead of clicking through the VK Ads dashboard. It is handy for anyone who runs VK advertising and wants quick answers about spend, clicks and statuses.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to VK Ads, so the AI can look up your campaigns, ad groups, banners and statistics, and also make changes when you ask. You stay in the chat; the helper does the talking to VK Ads behind the scenes.

What this MCP server does

You ask your AI something about your VK Ads account, like how much you spent last week. The AI uses this helper, and the helper talks to the VK Ads service on your behalf. VK Ads sends back the data, and the helper passes it to your AI. Your AI then shows you the answer in the chat, as a list, a summary or a set of numbers. If you ask for a change, like pausing a banner, the helper sends that change to your real account.

What it gives back to you

You get answers in the chat: lists of campaigns, groups or banners, numbers like spend, clicks and CTR, and status or moderation details. It can also show your balance, currency and remaining API limits. When you ask for a change, it tells you what it did, for example that a banner was paused or a budget was updated. Everything is shown in your account's currency, so no unit conversion is needed.

What you need

Node.js 20 or newer on your computer
A VK Ads account with access to the API section in settings
Your VK Ads client_id and client_secret (the server explains where to find them in the chat)

Good to know

Creating, updating or pausing things changes your real VK Ads account right away, and VK Ads has no test mode, so check the campaign, group, banner and amount before you confirm.
