US Property & Real Estate Debt MCP server
Lets your AI look up US property owners, sales, and commercial real estate loans coming due.

This is a helper that connects your AI to a large set of US real estate records. It covers commercial and federal-programme property debt, plus property parcels and recorded sales in Massachusetts and New York. It is handy if you work with property data, lending, or housing programmes and want quick answers without hunting through websites.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already learned. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to a real estate data service, so when you ask about a building or a loan, the AI can go look it up and bring the answer back. You do not need to install anything or sign up.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI a question about a property, an owner, or a loan. The AI sends that question to this helper over the internet. The helper checks the real estate records it has and finds matching entries. Then it sends the results back, and your AI shows them to you in the chat, with the source and the date attached.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Look up who owns a specific address in Massachusetts or New York
- Find what a property last sold for, with the recorded sale details
- See which commercial loans come due in a state within a certain time window
- Check HUD-subsidised housing projects, waiting lists, and rents
- Search parcels by features like size or value instead of by address
- Find banks with high commercial real estate exposure
- Check what data this server actually covers before you rely on it
Try asking your AI
- “Who owns 100 Binney St in Cambridge, MA?”
- “What did that property last sell for?”
- “Show me commercial loans maturing in Texas in the next 12 months.”
- “List HUD-subsidised housing projects in New York with the longest waiting lists.”
What it gives back to you
You get back lists, records, and short answers in your chat. For a property, you might see the owner, the last sale price, and the date it was recorded. For loans, you get a schedule with principal, lender, and maturity date. Every claim comes with its source and the date it was observed.
