Facebook Ads MCP server
by gomarble-ai
Lets your AI look up your Facebook ad accounts, campaigns, ads and their performance numbers for you.

This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to your Facebook (Meta) advertising account. Once it is set up, you can just ask questions in plain words instead of clicking around Ads Manager. It is handy for anyone who runs or checks Facebook ads, even if you are not technical.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to Facebook Ads, so it can look up your accounts, campaigns, ads and performance numbers when you ask. You stay in the chat, and the helper does the fetching behind the scenes.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something about your Facebook ads, like how a campaign is doing. The AI passes your request to this helper program. The helper talks to Facebook using a special access token, and pulls back the data you asked for. Then the AI turns that data into a normal answer in your chat, like a list of campaigns or a short summary of results. You never have to open Ads Manager yourself.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- List all the ad accounts linked to your token
- Show the campaigns, ad sets and ads inside an account
- Pull performance insights for an account, campaign, ad set or single ad
- Look up the details of one specific campaign, ad set or ad
- See the creative (image or text) used in a particular ad
- Check the change history of an ad account or ad set
Try asking your AI
- “List my Facebook ad accounts”
- “Show me the campaigns in my main ad account”
- “How did my campaign called Summer Sale perform last month?”
- “What ads are running inside my top ad set right now?”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in the chat, not files. That usually means lists of accounts, campaigns, ad sets or ads, plus performance numbers like spend, clicks and impressions for the date range you asked about. If you ask for details on one item, you get a short summary of its settings. The AI writes it all out in normal sentences or a simple table.
Before you start
What you need
- Python 3.10 or newer on your computer
- A Meta (Facebook) access token, which is like a password that lets the helper read your ad data
- An MCP-compatible app, such as Claude Desktop or Cursor
Good to know
Your Meta access token is like a password, so keep it private, and note that tokens expire after a while so you may need to make a new one.
Install it with your AI
Add Facebook Ads MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check Facebook Ads MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,066 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
Marketing people, small business owners and anyone who checks or manages Facebook ads and would rather ask questions in chat than click through Ads Manager.
