This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to Chestny ZNAK, the Russian state system for mandatory product marking (GIS MT and SUZ). It is handy if you work with marking codes, receive goods, or check codes before accepting a delivery. You ask in plain words, and the AI goes and fetches the answer for you.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat. It cannot see your marking codes or your orders in the Chestny ZNAK system. An MCP server is a small helper program that runs on your own computer and gives your AI a new skill: here, the ability to talk to Chestny ZNAK. Once it is connected, you can ask your AI about codes and orders, and it will look them up through this helper.

What this MCP server does

You type a question in the chat, like asking about marking codes you own. Your AI uses this helper to find the right Chestny ZNAK method, reads what that method needs, and calls it. The helper talks to the Chestny ZNAK API (GIS MT and SUZ) using your token. Then the answer comes back into the chat as a list, a status or a short summary. For actions that change something, the helper asks you to confirm first.

What you can do with it

  • Check a batch of marking codes before accepting goods
  • See the status of an emission order for codes in SUZ
  • Download the marking codes that belong to your company
  • Look up the route of a product by its GTIN
  • Search the available methods by keyword
  • Read details about a specific method before using it
  • Check whether a code is genuine

Try asking your AI

  • “Show me the marking codes that belong to our company”
  • “Check these marking codes before I accept the delivery”
  • “What is the status of our emission order in SUZ”
  • “Find the route of this product by its GTIN”

What it gives back to you

You get answers back in the chat as lists, statuses, short summaries or numbers. For example, a list of marking codes, the state of an order, or a route for a product. When the helper makes a change, it tells you what it did after you confirm.

Before you start

What you need

  • A Chestny ZNAK (GIS MT) account with access to the True API
  • A CRPT token, which you get by signing data with your electronic signature (KEP) through CryptoPro on your computer. The token lasts about 10 hours
  • Python 3.10 or newer if you install it yourself
  • Claude Desktop or another app that supports MCP servers

Good to know

Some methods can change things in Chestny ZNAK, so the helper asks you to confirm before running them; also keep in mind that the method map is marked as unverified, so double-check important results against the official documentation.
