Marketplace Search MCP server
Lets your AI search marketplaces, check contractor and nurse licenses, and look up card grading and cost data.

This is a helper that gives your AI a set of lookup skills across many marketplaces and public records. You ask a question in plain words, and the AI goes and checks sites like TCGPlayer, Reverb, Thumbtack, or a state license database for you. It is handy if you buy and sell things, hire local pros, or check licenses and public records.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to a bundle of marketplace and public record lookups, like TCGPlayer, Reverb, Thumbtack, and state license databases. Once it is connected, you just ask, and the AI uses this helper to go find the answer for you.
What this MCP server does
You type a normal question, like asking for prices on a card or a guitar. Your AI sends that request to this helper program. The helper then talks to the right site or database, such as TCGPlayer, Reverb, or a state contractor license lookup. It brings the results back, and your AI shows them to you in the chat as a list or a short answer. You never have to visit each site yourself.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Search 13 marketplaces at once for an item and compare listings
- Look up PSA card certification and population data
- Verify a contractor license in CA, TX, FL, or NY
- Verify a nurse license in FL or NY
- Find local service pros on Thumbtack with a location filter
- Check NYC building violation records for an address
- Look up childcare costs by ZIP, county, or state
Try asking your AI
- “What are Charizard base set cards going for on TCGPlayer right now?”
- “Find used Fender Stratocasters on Reverb under 900 dollars”
- “Is this contractor license number valid in Texas?”
- “What is the average childcare cost in zip code 10001?”
What it gives back to you
You get back lists, prices, short summaries, and specific facts, all shown right in the chat. For example, you might see a table of listings with prices and links, or a simple yes or no on a license check. Cost lookups come back as numbers for a ZIP, county, or state. It answers in plain language, so you do not have to read raw data.
