Team Page People Extractor MCP server
by mambalabsdev
Finds the people a company lists on its own team or about page, with names, titles, and the source page.
This is a small helper that lets your AI look up who a company publicly lists on its own team, leadership, or about page. You give it a company website address, and it comes back with names, job titles, and the page each person was found on. It is handy if you research companies, build lead lists, or just want to know who runs a business before a meeting.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program you connect to your AI, and it gives your AI one new skill. This helper gives your AI the ability to read a company's own team page and pull out the people listed there. So when you ask your AI about a company's leadership, it can actually go and look instead of guessing.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like who works at a company, and you give it the company's web address. Your AI passes that address to this helper. The helper talks to a service called Apify, which visits the company's team or about page and reads it. Apify sends back the names, titles, and source pages it found, and the helper hands that to your AI. Your AI then shows it to you in the chat, usually as a list or a small table.
What you can do with it
- Find the names and titles of people on a company's team page
- Filter results to only founders and C-level executives
- Include VPs, directors, and heads when you need a wider view
- Limit how many people come back, from 1 to 200
- Get one row per person or one row per company with everyone grouped together
- See which page each person was found on
- Set a spending cap so a lookup never costs more than you expect
Try asking your AI
- “Who does swishdata.com list on their team page?”
- “Find the executives at stripe.com and give me their titles”
- “List up to 20 people from notion.so's about page”
- “Show me the leadership team at figma.com, only founders and C-level”
What it gives back to you
You get back a list of people, each with a name, a job title, and the web page where that person was found. If you pick the company view, you get one row with everyone grouped together plus the first five names and titles laid out in columns. If the company publishes nobody, you get a short summary row instead. Everything shows up right in your chat as text you can read or copy.
Before you start
What you need
- An Apify account (free to start, and you get a token from your account settings)
- An Apify token, which is a kind of password for apps
- Apify credits to pay for each person found (about half a cent per person)
- Node.js installed if you run it yourself, or the Claude desktop app if you use the config shown
Good to know
Each lookup spends a small amount of Apify credit per person found, so set a spending cap if you want to be safe.
