Domain Suite MCP server
by oso95
Let your AI check, register and manage domain names, DNS records, SSL and email settings for you.

This is a helper that connects your AI assistant to the world of domain names. A domain is the address people type to reach a website, like yourcompany.com. If you ever buy, renew or set up a domain, this lets your AI do the clicking and typing for you.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. It cannot go out and buy a domain or change a DNS setting. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill. This one gives your AI a connection to domain services like Porkbun, Namecheap, GoDaddy and Cloudflare, so it can look things up and make changes there when you ask.
What this MCP server does
You tell your AI what you want, in normal words. Your AI passes the request to this helper program running on your computer. The helper then talks to your domain provider, such as Porkbun or Cloudflare, using your account details. It brings the answer back and your AI explains it to you in the chat. If you asked for a change, like adding a DNS record, the helper makes that change for you.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Check whether a domain name is available to buy
- Register a new domain name
- Renew a domain you already own
- List and edit DNS records for a domain
- Set up email records like SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Request an SSL certificate so your site shows the padlock
- Look up or update the contact details attached to a domain
Try asking your AI
- “Is mynewshop.com available? Also check mynewshop.io and mynewshop.dev”
- “Register mynewshop.com for me on Porkbun”
- “Add an SPF record for mynewshop.com using Google Workspace”
- “Show me all the DNS records for mynewshop.com”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in plain chat text. For a check, your AI tells you if the name is free and often what it costs. For a list, you get a tidy list of your domains or DNS records. For a change, your AI confirms what it did, like adding a record or starting a registration.
Before you start
What you need
- Node.js installed on your computer (the free program that runs this helper)
- An account with a domain provider such as Porkbun, Namecheap, GoDaddy or Cloudflare
- An API key from that provider (a kind of password for apps; the provider's website gives you one)
- For Namecheap, your computer's IP address added to their whitelist in your account settings
Good to know
This can spend real money and change live settings, so registering a domain or deleting a DNS record really happens; ask your AI to show you the plan first and keep a copy of your current DNS records.
Install it with your AI
Add Domain Suite MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check Domain Suite MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,066 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
Handy for small business owners, web builders and anyone who manages a few websites and would rather ask their AI than click through provider dashboards.
