QuantumProxies MCP server
by quantumproxies · official
Lets your AI read web pages, search Google, crawl sites, and hand you ready-to-use proxy addresses from your QuantumProxies plans.

This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to QuantumProxies, a service that fetches web pages through residential proxies. Once connected, your AI can read pages that normally block bots, run searches, crawl whole sites, and pull your proxy details. It is handy if you do research, track prices, gather leads, or just want your AI to look things up on the live web.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with what it already knows. An MCP server is a little helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to QuantumProxies, so when you ask it to read a page or run a search, the AI sends that request through QuantumProxies and brings the result back to you. You do not need to understand how it works under the hood; you just ask in plain words.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like 'scrape this page' or 'search for this product'. The AI passes your request to this helper, which talks to the QuantumProxies service using your own account key. QuantumProxies fetches the page or search results through its proxy network, so sites that block ordinary bots usually let it through. The helper hands the cleaned-up result back to your AI, and your AI shows it to you in the chat as text, a list, or a summary.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Read a web page and turn it into clean Markdown or plain text
- Run a Google, Bing, or DuckDuckGo search and list the results
- Search the web and read the top pages, with numbered sources
- Map all the links on a site without crawling every page
- Crawl a whole site and get Markdown for each page
- Scrape many URLs at once and poll for the results
- Run ready-made collectors for places, jobs, products, or leads
- List your proxy plans and generate ready-to-use proxy addresses
Try asking your AI
- “Scrape the pricing page at example.com and give me the plans and prices.”
- “Search Google Shopping for nintendo switch oled in the US and list the cheapest 5.”
- “Map docs.example.com, then crawl only the /guides/ pages and summarize them.”
- “List my proxy plans and generate 5 sticky US residential proxies as socks5 URLs.”
What it gives back to you
You get back whatever you asked for: page text turned into Markdown, a list of search results with titles and links, a set of URLs found on a site, or a summary of crawled pages. For proxy tasks, it returns ready-to-use proxy strings with your login details included. Everything shows up right in your chat as text or a list, and longer jobs give you a job id you can check on later.
Before you start
What you need
- A QuantumProxies account with an active plan
- Your qp_live_ API key from your QuantumProxies dashboard (a kind of password for apps)
- Node.js 18 or newer if you run it locally with npx
Good to know
It uses your QuantumProxies account and can spend your plan's bandwidth or run paid collectors, so keep an eye on what you ask it to do.
