Reflag MCP server
by reflagcom · official
Manage your Reflag feature flags from your AI chat, without leaving your editor.

This is a helper from Reflag, the company behind a feature flag service. It connects your AI assistant to your Reflag account so you can look at and change your feature flags just by asking. It is handy if you already use Reflag and want to skip clicking around the website for small tasks.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to another service. This one connects your AI to Reflag, so when you ask about a flag, the AI can actually go and check it or change it for you. You do not need to understand how it works under the hood.
What this MCP server does
You type a request in your AI chat, like asking which flags are on or turning one off. The AI passes that request to this helper. The helper talks to Reflag on your behalf using your account. Then it sends the answer or the result back, and the AI shows it to you in the chat. It is a way to do small Reflag tasks without opening the Reflag website.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- List your feature flags
- Check whether a flag is on or off
- Turn a flag on or off
- Look up details about a specific flag
- Ask which flags belong to a project or environment
Try asking your AI
- “Show me all my feature flags in Reflag”
- “Is the new checkout flag turned on in production?”
- “Turn off the holiday banner flag”
- “What flags are in the mobile app project?”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in plain chat text. That can be a list of flags, a yes or no about whether something is on, or a short note that a change was made. If you asked for details about one flag, you get those details back as a short summary.
Before you start
What you need
- A Reflag account
- An API key from Reflag (a kind of password for apps; Reflag gives you one in your account settings)
- An AI tool that supports MCP servers, like an IDE assistant or the Claude desktop app
Good to know
It can change your feature flags, so a wrong request could turn something on or off for real users.
Install it with your AI
