Lets your AI find, add, and manage other MCP servers so it can gain new skills on its own.

Magg is a helper that lets your AI assistant discover and add new abilities by connecting to other MCP servers. Instead of you setting up each tool by hand, you can just ask your AI to find and add what it needs. It is handy for people who want their AI to do more without becoming a technical expert.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. Magg is a special kind of MCP server: it is a helper that manages other helpers. You connect your AI to Magg once, and then your AI can ask Magg to add other MCP servers for things like browsing the web or doing math.

What this MCP server does

You ask your AI to do something that needs a new skill. Your AI talks to Magg and asks it to search for an MCP server that can do that job. Magg finds one, adds it, and turns it on. From then on, your AI can use that new server's tools directly. Magg remembers what you added so it is still there next time.

What it gives back to you

Magg replies with lists of servers, tools, or search results. When you add or remove a server, it confirms the change. You also get status updates and health check reports. Everything shows up as normal chat messages from your AI.

Good to know

Magg can add and remove other MCP servers, which changes what your AI can do, so make sure you trust the servers it adds.
