T-Zero MCP server
Lets your AI read a map of your code project so it uses fewer tokens and makes fewer mistakes.
T-Zero is a helper that gives your AI a compact map of a code project instead of the whole thing. It is made for people who use AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot and want faster, cheaper, more accurate answers. If you work with a large codebase and your AI keeps running out of room or guessing wrong, this is for you.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to something else. This one connects your AI to your code project, so it can look up files, functions, and structure on its own when you ask. You do not need to paste code by hand; the AI asks T-Zero, and T-Zero answers.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something about your project, like where a function is used or what a file depends on. The AI calls T-Zero, which scans your project folder and builds a short outline of your code: names, signatures, and how files connect. T-Zero sends that outline back to the AI instead of the full source, which saves a lot of space. The AI then answers you using that outline. It can also check for duplicate code, dead code, or secrets like API keys.
What you can do with it
- Get a compact map of your whole project's structure
- See which files import or depend on other files
- Find duplicate blocks of code that could be cleaned up
- Check a code snippet for hardcoded passwords or API keys
- Trace where a function is called from and what it calls
- Estimate how many tokens and dollars a request will cost
- Find unused functions and classes in your project
Try asking your AI
- “Give me a short outline of this project so I can understand the structure”
- “Which files depend on the user service module”
- “Are there any hardcoded API keys in this file”
- “Find duplicate code blocks in this project that I should refactor”
What it gives back to you
You get back short text answers, lists, and outlines in your chat. For example, a list of files, a tree of functions, a dependency list, or a warning about a secret it found. Some tools also produce files like an ARCHITECTURE.md document or a Mermaid diagram you can view. Everything stays in your chat window as normal text.
Before you start
What you need
- Python 3.9 or newer installed on your computer
- An AI coding tool that supports MCP, like Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, Windsurf, or Cline
- Your project folder on the same computer
Good to know
It reads your project files, so only point it at folders you are allowed to share with your AI tool, and treat any backup file it creates like a secret.
Install it with your AI
Add T-Zero MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check T-Zero MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,609 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
Developers and technical teams who use AI coding assistants on medium to large code projects and want to save tokens and reduce mistakes.
