PersonalizationMCP server
by YangLiangwei
Lets your AI read your Steam, YouTube, Bilibili, Spotify and Reddit data to give personal answers.

This is a helper program that connects your AI assistant to your own accounts on Steam, YouTube, Bilibili, Spotify and Reddit. Once it is set up, your AI can look at your games, videos, music and posts and talk about them with you. It is handy if you want recommendations or summaries based on what you actually do online, not generic answers.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to your personal accounts on Steam, YouTube, Bilibili, Spotify and Reddit. When you ask something, the AI uses this helper to look things up in those accounts and answer you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI a question, like what you played last week or what music you have been listening to. The AI sends that request to this helper program. The helper logs into the platform you asked about, using the keys and tokens you set up earlier. It fetches the data, such as your game list, watch history or saved tracks. Then the AI turns that data into a normal answer in your chat window.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- See your Steam game library and how long you played each game
- Check your recent gaming activity and what your friends are playing
- Look at your YouTube subscriptions, playlists and liked videos
- Browse your Bilibili watch history, favorites and following list
- View your top Spotify artists, tracks and recently played music
- Read your Reddit posts, comments, saved items and messages
- Compare your game library with a friend's and get suggestions
Try asking your AI
- “What games have I played most in the last two weeks?”
- “Show me my recently played Spotify tracks and top artists this month.”
- “What are my latest YouTube subscriptions and liked videos?”
- “Summarize my recent Reddit comments and saved posts.”
What it gives back to you
You get normal chat answers built from your own data. That can be a list of games with playtime, a summary of your music taste, a rundown of your recent videos, or a look at your Reddit activity. Some actions, like following an artist on Spotify, make a small change in your account and the AI tells you it is done. Everything shows up as text in the conversation, not as files.
Before you start
What you need
- Python 3.12 and the project files from GitHub
- API keys or login cookies for each platform you want to connect, such as a Steam API key or Bilibili cookies
- A Spotify, Reddit or YouTube developer app if you want personal data from those services
- The Cursor app or another AI tool that supports MCP servers
Good to know
It reads private data from your personal accounts and some actions, like following or unfollowing on Spotify, change your account, so only connect accounts you are comfortable sharing with your AI.
