AdsAgent is a helper that connects your AI assistant to your advertising accounts on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. Once it is set up, you can ask your AI plain questions about how your ads are doing, and it can also prepare changes for you to approve. It is handy for marketers, small business owners, and anyone who runs ads but does not want to click through three different ad dashboards.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat with you. It cannot see your ad accounts or change anything there. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. Here, that connection is to AdsAgent, which sits between your AI and Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, so your AI can look things up or prepare changes for you when you ask.

What this MCP server does

You ask your AI a question about your ads, like how a campaign performed today. Your AI passes that request to the AdsAgent helper. The helper talks to your connected Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok account through a secure sign-in. It brings back a clean summary, usually a small table with the numbers you asked for. If you ask it to make a change, it prepares the change first and waits for your confirmation before anything goes live.

What you can do with it

  • Check how your Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok campaigns performed today
  • List which ad accounts you have connected
  • Compare two versions of an ad to see which one did better
  • Prepare a copy of a winning ad into another account
  • Group ads by language into a new campaign layout
  • Set up and review notification channels for your ads
  • Prepare TikTok creative and campaign changes for your approval

Try asking your AI

  • “Use AdsAgent to list my connected Meta products, Google Ads customers, and TikTok advertisers.”
  • “How did my Google Ads campaigns do yesterday? Show me a short table.”
  • “Compare my two best Meta ads from last month and tell me which one won.”
  • “Prepare a copy of this winning Meta ad into my other account, but ask me before creating anything.”

What it gives back to you

You get back a short, cleaned-up answer in your chat, usually a one-line summary plus a small table of numbers like spend, clicks, or results. It also tells you the date range, which account it looked at, and any limits or missing fields. If it prepared a change, it shows you what it plans to do and waits for your yes before doing it.

Before you start

What you need

  • An AdsAgent account with at least one ad account connected
  • The Claude desktop app or another AI client that supports MCP
  • A sign-in through the OAuth flow when your AI client asks for it

Good to know

It can prepare changes to your live ad accounts and may upload media, so always read what it plans to do and confirm only when you are sure.
