Cloudflare MCP server
by cloudflare · official
Connect your AI to Cloudflare so it can read your settings, check logs, and help with your websites and apps.

This is a set of helper programs from Cloudflare that connect your AI assistant to your Cloudflare account. Cloudflare is the company that runs websites, apps, and internet security for millions of people. If you use Cloudflare for your work, this lets your AI look things up and help you without you clicking around the dashboard.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to Cloudflare, so it can read your settings, check your logs, and even make changes when you ask. You just type a question in plain English, and the AI uses this helper to talk to Cloudflare for you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like "what's wrong with my website?" The AI uses this Cloudflare helper to look at your account. The helper talks to Cloudflare's systems, like your Workers, storage, or DNS settings. Then it brings back the answer and explains it to you in the chat. For some things, it can even make the change for you if you ask.

- See how your Workers builds are doing
- Fetch a web page and turn it into readable text

- “Find Cloudflare docs about caching”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in plain language, right in your chat. It might show you a list of recent errors, a summary of your settings, or a screenshot of a web page. If you asked it to make a change, it will tell you what it changed. Sometimes it gives you numbers or charts to help you understand.
