AgentGo MCP server
by Moha2005269
Lets your AI drive a real browser: open pages, click, type, and ask you to approve payments.
AgentGo is a real Chromium browser for Windows 11 that your AI can control, and this is the small helper piece that connects your AI to it. Instead of juggling tabs yourself, you ask your AI to do something on a web page and it does the clicking and typing. It is handy for anyone who fills in the same forms, checks sites, or gathers info online and wishes someone else would do the keystrokes.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. It cannot see a web page or click a button unless you give it a way in. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill, and this one connects it to the AgentGo browser on your computer. So when you ask your AI to do something on a site, it sends the steps through this helper to the browser, and the browser does them for you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI in normal words to do something on a website. Your AI sends that request to this helper, which passes it along to the AgentGo browser running on your computer. The browser opens the page, finds the buttons and fields, and uses real mouse and keyboard input to click or type. After each action, the helper sends back only what changed on the page, not the whole thing again, so you get a short, readable update. If a step needs a payment or a final submit, the browser pauses and asks you to approve.
What you can do with it
- Open a web page and get a short outline of its headings and clickable items
- Click buttons, type into fields, and scroll long lists as if you did it by hand
- Run several clicks and typing steps in one go and see just what changed
- Wait for a button to become clickable, a message to appear, or a popup to go away
- Work with several browser tabs at once
- Take a screenshot of the page your AI is looking at
- Pause and ask you to approve a payment or a final submission
- Call the APIs of accounts you linked, without your AI holding the password
Try asking your AI
- “Open my bookmarks page and tell me what is in the first folder”
- “Go to the train site and check the price of a return ticket from Paris to Lyon next Friday morning”
- “Fill in the contact form on this page with my name and email, then stop before sending and ask me first”
- “Scroll down this long product list until you find one under 30 euros and tell me its name”
What it gives back to you
You get short, readable answers in the chat: page titles, headings, and lists of clickable items with simple labels, then a plain note of what changed after each action. If you asked for a screenshot, you get an image of the page. If a step needs your approval, you get a clear message saying so and the browser waits for you. Nothing gets sent to a company server; the pages go to the websites themselves, as they would from any browser.
Before you start
What you need
- Windows 11 if you want the real AgentGo browser (the helper alone can run on other systems in offline mode)
- The AgentGo browser installed from its latest release
- An MCP client like Claude Desktop or Claude Code to talk to this helper
- Rust and Cargo if you want to build the helper from source instead of using the installer
Good to know
Your AI can really click and type on websites, so keep an eye on what it is doing, especially around payments or anything you would not want submitted without checking.
Install it with your AI
Add AgentGo MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check AgentGo MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,609 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
People who do repetitive work on websites, like filling forms, checking prices, or gathering info, and want their AI to handle the clicking while they stay in control.
