Agent Module MCP server
by AgentModule
Lets your AI look up EU AI Act compliance rules and answers while you work.

Agent Module is a knowledge service your AI can connect to. It holds structured rules about the EU AI Act, the European law that applies to many AI tools. It is handy for anyone who has to show they are making a reasonable effort to follow that law.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you from what it already learned. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to Agent Module, a library of EU AI Act compliance rules. Once connected, your AI can fetch those rules and check your work against them when you ask.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI a question about AI compliance, like whether your tool needs to tell users it is AI. Your AI sends that request to this helper, which talks to the Agent Module service. The service looks up the matching rule and sends back a short, structured answer with the law article it comes from. Your AI then explains that answer to you in the chat, in plain words.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Look up EU AI Act rules for a topic like transparency or data ownership
- Check whether a planned AI feature counts as high risk
- Get a step-by-step guardrail for a compliance process
- See which law articles back a specific rule
- Ask for guidance on human oversight and handover
- Request a free 24-hour trial key to explore the library
Try asking your AI
- “Look up the EU AI Act rules about telling users they are talking to an AI”
- “Does my customer support chatbot count as high risk under the EU AI Act”
- “Give me the compliance steps for handling personal data in my AI tool”
- “Which EU AI Act articles cover human oversight of an AI agent”
What it gives back to you
You get back short structured answers: a rule, a plain definition, the law article it comes from, and a simple pass or fail gate. Your AI turns that into a normal chat reply. Some answers include a step-by-step procedure or a ready-made template. Everything is text in the chat, not files.
Before you start
What you need
- An MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP, like Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Cursor
- A free trial key from the service (24 hours, 500 lookups), which you ask for through the tool itself
- A paid membership key for ongoing use after the trial
Good to know
The library is a paid service after the free trial, and some tools can sign you up for a membership, so check what your AI is doing before you agree.
