Bilinc MCP server
by atakanelik34
Give your AI a memory it can write to, look things up in, correct, and undo.

Bilinc is a hosted memory service for AI assistants. It lets your AI save notes and decisions, look them up later, fix mistakes, and undo a bad change. It is handy if you use an AI for long projects and want it to remember what happened and who said what.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. It forgets everything once the conversation ends. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill, here a connection to Bilinc, a service that stores memories for you. Once connected, your AI can save things to Bilinc, search them, and correct them when you ask.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI to remember something, like a decision or a project note. The AI uses this helper to send that note to Bilinc, along with a record of where it came from. Later, when you ask about it, the AI searches Bilinc and brings the note back into the chat. If something is wrong, you can ask the AI to correct it, and Bilinc keeps the old version so you can see what changed. You can also ask the AI to take a checkpoint before risky work, so you can undo a bad run later.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Save notes, decisions, and project facts so your AI remembers them
- Look up earlier decisions before your AI acts on something
- Correct a memory that turned out to be wrong
- Remove a memory you no longer need, with a reason recorded
- Take a checkpoint before a risky task
- Compare a checkpoint to the current state to see what changed
- Undo a bad run by restoring an earlier checkpoint
Try asking your AI
- “Remember that we decided to use the blue design for the launch page.”
- “What did we decide about the pricing plan last week?”
- “That note about the client's address is wrong, please correct it to the new one.”
- “Take a checkpoint called before the big cleanup, then tell me what changed after.”
What it gives back to you
You get back plain answers in the chat: the memory you asked for, a short summary of what changed, or a list of checkpoints. When you correct or remove something, Bilinc tells you it was done and keeps a record of why. Checkpoints and comparisons come back as lists or short reports, and the actual stored values are hidden by default.
Before you start
What you need
- A free Bilinc account (sign in with Google, GitHub, or email, no card needed)
- The Bilinc package installed and a one-time login on your computer
- An MCP-compatible AI app, like Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Codex
Good to know
Some actions change or delete your saved memories, and rollback can overwrite current state, so read the preview before you confirm.
Install it with your AI
Add Bilinc MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check Bilinc MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,066 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
People who use an AI for long projects, like developers, support teams, and researchers, and want their assistant to remember and correct things over time.
