Gagarin Cloud MCP server
by gagarin-cloud · official
Lets your AI deploy and manage apps on gagarin.cloud: services, databases, buckets, domains, logs and rollbacks.
This is a helper from Gagarin Cloud that lets your AI work with your Gagarin projects for you. You add one web address to your AI app, sign in once, and then you can ask it to set up a service, add a database, check logs or roll something back. It is handy if you already run apps on gagarin.cloud and want to do everyday jobs by asking instead of clicking around.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. It cannot reach out and do things in other apps. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to a service. This one connects your AI to gagarin.cloud, so when you ask for something there, the AI can actually look it up or do it for you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like set up a service or show me the logs. The AI sends that request to this helper, which passes it to Gagarin's own system using your sign-in. Gagarin does the work and sends back the answer, and the helper hands it to your AI in the chat. You see the result as text: a list of services, a status, a log excerpt, or a confirmation that something changed. Anything that would delete something waits for you to approve it by email first.
What you can do with it
- Deploy an app that is already built and pushed to Gagarin's registry
- Create and manage Postgres, Qdrant, Valkey, queues and S3 buckets
- Set up domains and control which service can reach which
- Read logs and check the status of a run
- Roll back to an earlier version
- Save and search notes about a project so the next session remembers
- Set up alerts and backups
Try asking your AI
- “Deploy the latest image of my checkout service to production”
- “Create a Postgres database for my new project and tell me the connection details”
- “Show me the last 50 log lines from the api service”
- “Roll back the payments service to the previous version”
- “Remember that we use snake_case for database columns in this project”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in the chat as text: lists of services or databases, status updates, log lines, and short sentences that describe what happened. When something changes, like a new service or a rollback, you see a confirmation with the details. Project memory comes back as a short plain-text briefing or a list of saved facts. It does not give you files or downloads, just readable answers.
Before you start
What you need
- A gagarin.cloud account
- An AI app that supports MCP servers, like Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code
- A browser to sign in with GitHub or Google the first time
Good to know
It can change, restart, roll back and (after your email approval) delete things in your Gagarin projects, so check what your AI is about to do before you say yes.
Install it with your AI
Add Gagarin Cloud MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check Gagarin Cloud MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,609 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
Developers and small teams who already run apps on gagarin.cloud and want to manage them by asking their AI instead of clicking through a console.
