InferenceView MCP server
by nhantour
Check a paid web resource before you pay it, and fact-check claims before your AI acts on them.

InferenceView is a paid checking service. This small helper lets your AI ask InferenceView two things: is this paid resource safe to pay for, and is this claim actually true. It is handy if you use AI agents that pay for things online or that repeat facts you want verified.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to a service. This one connects your AI to InferenceView, a paid checking service. Once it is set up, your AI can send a resource or a claim to InferenceView and bring the answer back to you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI to check something, like a paid web resource or a claim. Your AI passes that request to this helper program running on your computer. The helper pays InferenceView a small fee in USDC (a digital dollar) using a wallet key that stays on your machine. InferenceView looks at the resource or the claim and sends back a verdict with evidence. Your AI shows you that answer in the chat.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Check a paid web resource for risk before you pay it
- Get a recommendation on whether to pay an x402 resource
- Fact-check a claim and see if it is supported or refuted
- See the sources behind a fact-check verdict
- Choose a fact-check tier based on how deep you want the check to be
- Keep your wallet key on your own machine while paying the service
Try asking your AI
- “Before I pay this x402 resource, check if it looks risky.”
- “Fact-check this claim: the company raised 50 million dollars last year.”
- “Is this paid API offer safe to use? Give me the evidence.”
- “Check whether this statement is supported, refuted, or mixed.”
What it gives back to you
You get back a short answer in the chat. For a resource check, that means a risk level, a recommendation, and the evidence behind it. For a fact-check, you get a verdict of supported, refuted, mixed, or unverifiable, along with sources. It is text you can read and copy, not a file.
Before you start
What you need
- Node.js installed on your computer
- A Base wallet with USDC in it to pay the small fees
- The private key for that wallet, kept somewhere safe
- An MCP client like Claude Desktop or another app that supports MCP servers
Good to know
Each check costs real money in USDC from your wallet, and the prices shown here may change, so always trust the live price shown when you run it.
Install it with your AI
Add InferenceView MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check InferenceView MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,066 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
People who run AI agents that pay for online resources, and anyone who wants claims checked before acting on them.
