Synergieloc MCP server
Turn a plain JSON description of a building into drawings, models and walkthroughs, and get French rental-law answers with sources.
This is a helper for AI assistants that work on buildings and French property management. You describe a building in simple structured text, and the AI can ask this service to produce drawings, models and checks. It is handy if you draw plans, run rentals in France, or manage building work.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to another service. This one connects your AI to Synergieloc, a French service that draws buildings and knows French rental law. Once connected, your AI can ask Synergieloc to make a drawing, check a plan, or calculate a rent revision, and then explain the result to you in the chat.
What this MCP server does
You describe a building to your AI in a simple structured format, listing rooms, walls, doors and furniture. Your AI sends that description to this helper, which passes it to the Synergieloc service. The service builds the drawing, model or calculation you asked for, and checks it against a fixed list of building rules. The result comes back to your AI, which shows it to you and explains what was found. For rental questions, the same flow returns the answer with the French legal article it comes from.
What you can do with it
- Check a building plan against 34 trade rules and see what to fix
- Generate a dimensioned DXF drawing you can open in AutoCAD
- Produce an IFC model for BIM work
- Calculate priced quantities (metres, square metres, cubic metres) for a quote
- Get a shot list and camera plan for a 4K walkthrough
- Revise a rent using the French IRL index, with the legal basis
- Reconcile service charges and produce a compliant rent receipt
Try asking your AI
- “Here is my apartment layout in JSON. Check it against the trade rules and tell me what is wrong.”
- “Generate a dimensioned DXF and an IFC model for this house plan.”
- “My tenant pays 850 euros a month. The lease started in March 2022. What is the revised rent under the IRL?”
- “Reconcile the service charges for this building using these tantiemes and produce a summary.”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in the chat, often with a link to a generated file such as a DXF drawing, an IFC model or a PDF sheet. For checks, you get a list of problems with the rule and its source. For legal questions, you get the calculation plus the French legal article it is based on. Nothing is stored on the service side, so each request stands alone.
Before you start
What you need
- An AI assistant that can use MCP servers, such as the Claude desktop app
- Node.js installed if you use the mcp-remote bridge
- No account or key needed to start: the free tools and the key request work without one
Good to know
It can create files and change nothing on your side, but paid tools use up units from your plan, so keep an eye on the free daily limit once the trial days end.
Install it with your AI
Add Synergieloc MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check Synergieloc MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,609 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
Architects, drafters, French landlords and property managers, and small building-trade businesses who want their AI to handle drawings and paperwork.
