DataSaudi MCP server
Ask your AI about Saudi GDP, inflation, trade, population and real-estate prices, in English or Arabic.

This is a small helper that connects your AI to official Saudi statistics from GASTAT and DataSaudi. You ask a normal question about the Saudi economy or society, and your AI finds the right dataset and gives you the numbers. It is handy if you work with Saudi data but do not want to hunt through statistics websites yourself.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already learned. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to DataSaudi, a live source of Saudi official statistics. Once it is set up, your AI can look up real numbers there for you whenever you ask.
What this MCP server does
You type a question in plain English or Arabic, like asking about inflation or the real-estate price index in Riyadh. Your AI uses this helper to search a catalog of 277 official GASTAT datasets and picks the one that fits your question. The helper then pulls the numbers live from the DataSaudi service and hands them back to your AI. Your AI turns those numbers into a clear answer, and in many clients it can also draw a chart. You never need to know any dataset names or special query wording.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Look up Saudi GDP by sector, quarter by quarter
- Check inflation and the CPI nationally or by province
- See foreign trade broken down by country and by exports versus imports
- Get population figures by province, sex and nationality
- Compare the real-estate price index for villas, apartments and land
- Ask in Arabic and get Arabic place names back
- Compare average monthly wages for Saudis and non-Saudis
Try asking your AI
- “What was the real-estate price index in Riyadh by quarter, and how does it compare to the national trend?”
- “Who are Saudi Arabia's top trading partners? Break foreign trade down by country and exports vs. imports.”
- “Show me inflation and the CPI by province for the latest year. Which regions were highest?”
- “What is the population by province, split by sex and nationality?”
What it gives back to you
You get a written answer in the chat, usually with the actual numbers and a short explanation. Many clients will also show a table or a chart from those numbers. The helper echoes back the query it ran, so you can see exactly what was looked up. If you ask about something it does not cover, it tells you plainly instead of guessing.
