Meet.bot MCP server
by poolside-ventures · official
Let your AI check your Meet.bot calendar availability and book meetings for you.

This is a helper that connects your AI assistant to your Meet.bot account. Meet.bot is a scheduling tool that gives you booking pages, like a personal link people use to grab time with you. Once connected, you can just tell your AI to find a slot and book the meeting, instead of clicking around yourself.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app. This one connects your AI to Meet.bot, so it can look at your booking pages and your open time slots, and actually book a meeting when you ask. You stay in charge: the AI only does what you tell it to do.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like schedule a 30 minute meeting with Jane next Tuesday. The AI uses this helper to look at your Meet.bot scheduling pages and check which time slots are free. The helper talks to Meet.bot on your behalf and picks a slot. Then it books the meeting with the guest's name and email, and tells you it is done. You can also ask it to just show you what is open, without booking anything.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- List all your Meet.bot scheduling pages
- Look up the details of one page, like its length and title
- Find available time slots for a page, with filters like date range and timezone
- Book a meeting with a guest's name, email and notes
- Check that the connection to Meet.bot is working
- Set up a webhook so another app hears about new, changed or cancelled bookings
Try asking your AI
- “What meeting pages do I have on Meet.bot?”
- “Find me 5 free slots on my 30 minute page next week”
- “Book a 30 minute meeting with jane@example.com on Tuesday at 2pm”
- “Show me the details of my 30 minute booking page”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in plain chat. For a page list, you see the names and links. For availability, you get a short list of open times with dates and timezones. When it books, it confirms the meeting, the guest and the time. If something is wrong, it tells you what went wrong in plain words.
Before you start
What you need
- A Meet.bot account (you can get one free at meet.bot)
- Your Meet.bot API token, a kind of password the site gives you
- An AI assistant that supports MCP, like Claude or ChatGPT with MCP turned on
