Botverse MCP server
by MkTurner74
Convert videos and documents, and transcribe audio, straight from your AI chat.

Botverse is a service that changes file formats for you, like turning a video into an MP4 or a Markdown file into a PDF. This MCP server connects your AI assistant to Botverse so you can ask for those conversions in plain words instead of learning video software. It is handy for anyone who deals with files at work and does not want to install or configure anything.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to Botverse, a cloud service that converts and processes media files. Once it is set up, you can ask your AI to convert a document or transcode a video, and it will send the request to Botverse and bring the result back to you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI for something like converting a Markdown file to PDF or turning a video into an MP4. The AI uses this helper to send the file or a link to Botverse. Botverse does the actual conversion on its servers, so you do not need FFmpeg or any other software on your computer. When it is done, the AI gives you a download link or the converted content right in the chat. It can also transcribe audio and chain several steps into one workflow.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Convert documents between Markdown, DOCX, PDF, HTML, and XLSX
- Transcode videos to MP4, WebM, ProRes, GIF, or extract MP3 audio
- Transcribe audio or video with speaker labels into txt, srt, vtt, docx, or pdf
- Combine a separate video and audio track into one file
- Join video clips or still images into a single output, like adding a slate or end card
- Run multi-step workflows that chain conversions and transcriptions together
- Check your Botverse wallet balance
Try asking your AI
- “Convert this Markdown report to PDF”
- “Turn this video into an MP4”
- “Transcribe this call recording and give me a DOCX with speaker names”
- “Join these two clips and add an end card image”
What it gives back to you
You get back a download link for the finished file, or the converted content directly in the chat for small documents. For transcriptions, you get a file in the format you asked for, with speaker labels if you requested them. For workflows, you get a status and then the final files. You can also ask for your wallet balance and see a number.
