TempGuru event staffing MCP server

This is a helper that connects your AI to TempGuru, a company that supplies temporary event staff like brand ambassadors, registration desk workers, and ushers across the US and Canada. Once it is connected, you can ask your AI to work out how many people you need, what it might cost, and how much notice to give. It is handy if you organise conferences, trade shows, festivals, concerts, or brand events and you want quick planning numbers before you talk to a real coordinator.

What this MCP server does

You tell your AI about your event: the city, the date, the roles you need, and how many people for each role. Your AI sends that to this helper, which looks up TempGuru's market list, role list, rate ranges, and lead-time guidance. The helper puts together a plan with estimated costs and a suggested timeline, and may save a short-lived copy of that plan so you can come back to it. If you want to move forward, the helper gives you a web link to a TempGuru form that is already filled in with your plan, and you open it, add your own contact details, and send it yourself. A real coordinator then confirms whether TempGuru can actually cover your order.

If you ask to proceed, you get a web link to a TempGuru form that already has your plan in it, ready for you to add your details and submit. Nothing is booked or confirmed until a TempGuru coordinator reviews it.
