LINE WORKS MCP server (nworks)
by yjcho9317
Let your AI read and send LINE WORKS messages, calendar, mail, drive files, tasks and boards for you.

This is a helper that connects your AI assistant to LINE WORKS (also called NAVER WORKS), the chat and office app many companies use. Once it is set up, you can ask your AI in plain words to check your schedule, send a message to a channel, or look through your mail. It is handy if your team lives inside LINE WORKS all day and you would rather type a request than click around.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill, in this case a connection to LINE WORKS. You install this helper on your own computer, and it talks to LINE WORKS on your behalf. Then when you ask your AI something like "what is on my calendar today", the AI passes the request to this helper, and the helper fetches the answer from LINE WORKS.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI a question or give it a task in normal words, for example to list today's events or send a note to a team channel. The AI uses this helper, which logs in to LINE WORKS with your permission. The helper then talks to LINE WORKS and either reads what you asked for or makes the change you wanted. The result comes back into the chat as a short answer, a list, or a confirmation that something was sent or created. It works for messages, calendar, drive files, mail, tasks, boards and contacts.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- List your calendar events for today or any date range
- Create, update or delete a calendar event
- Send a message to a person or a team channel
- List and read your mail, including unread only
- Download a mail attachment or a drive file
- Create, complete or delete tasks
- Read and post on company boards
- Look up and manage contacts
Try asking your AI
- “Show me today's schedule”
- “Send a message to the team channel that the deploy is done”
- “Check my unread emails and summarize them”
- “Create a task called Code review due Friday”
What it gives back to you
You get answers right in the chat, like a short list of today's events with times, or a summary of your unread mail. When you ask it to send or create something, it tells you that the message was sent or the event was created. If you download a file, it saves the file on your computer and tells you where. It does not show you raw technical data unless you ask for it.
Before you start
What you need
- Node.js installed on your computer (the helper runs on it)
- A LINE WORKS account at your company
- A Developer Console app with a Client ID and Client Secret, plus a registered redirect URL (your company admin or IT can help set this up)
- For bot messaging, admin approval in LINE WORKS
Good to know
It can send messages, mail and create or delete calendar events, tasks and contacts on your behalf, so check what your AI is about to do before you say yes.
