What's inside
Your week is a queue that never empties. A locked account at 9, a printer that vanished from the network at 11, a phishing email at 2, and a laptop that will not boot before you leave. You retype the same steps, hunt for the same notes, and still get pulled into calls you could have closed in writing.
17 help desk skills
Resolution guide, problem assessment, ticket logging, network troubleshooting, remote support, security support, account lifecycle, escalation routing, incident reporting and more, each written for the ticket in front of you.
277 ready-made prompts
Fifteen topics, from issue logging to emergency response. Open one, paste your ticket details, and get a full set of steps instead of a blank chat box.
4 apps to build
A support assistant with an admin console, an email reply and escalation desk, and a resolution coordination portal. Each one keeps answers tied to your own documents.
10 Grok Bot agents
A network troubleshooting assistant, support triage, an error resolver, Linux and scripting troubleshooters, a debugging toolkit and an account lifecycle assistant you can hand a ticket to.
Works in eight AIs
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. Use the AI your company already pays for, no new login for your users.
Daily news and ideas
Members get a live connection to Complete AI Training: one AI news item for help desk work each day, a new idea with the prompt to try it, and automatic skill updates.
A day with your plugin
One download adds 17 skills, 277 prompts and 4 apps to the AI you already use. Ask it about a ticket and the problem assessment skill walks you through questions, likely causes and the fix. The ticket logging skill writes the note. The escalation routing skill sends it to the right team. You stay in control of every reply.
- Morning
A ticket lands about a locked account. You open the account lifecycle skill, confirm the user's identity, unlock the account and log the reason, then paste the note into the ticket.
- Late morning
A user cannot reach the shared drive. The network troubleshooting skill walks you through the cable, the IP address, DNS and the firewall rule, in order, so you stop guessing.
- Afternoon
You have three phishing reports and one possible malware case. The security support skill gives you containment steps and a short message telling the user what to do next.
- End of day
You clear the queue notes. The incident reporting skill turns the day's tickets into a short summary with causes and repeat issues, ready for your team lead.

Questions
What is a plugin, and how do I install it without technical knowledge?
A plugin is a set of instructions and files you add to your AI. You download it once, open the setup guide, and follow the numbered steps. No coding, no server, no IT project.
Which AI does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. If your team already uses one of them, you can start there today.
What is the difference between the member download and the $49 one-time plugin?
The $49 one-time plugin is the same skills, prompts and apps with no updates. Members get the download plus daily AI news for help desk work, a new idea each day and automatic skill updates.
Is my data safe?
The plugin is instructions and files. Your chats stay with the AI provider you already use and follow that provider's rules. The plugin does not send your tickets anywhere else.
How many downloads do I get?
Two plugin downloads a day, so you can put it on your work laptop and your home machine, or share the second one with a teammate on your shift.
Learn to use AI as a help desk technician
The plugin does the work; the learning path shows you how to get the most out of it, step by step.
