What's inside

Your week fills up fast: tracking new papers in your field, cleaning a run of lab data, checking whether a result is real, then turning it into a figure and a manuscript that survives review. The physics waits while the paperwork grows.

  • 15 skills in your AI

Literature search, statistics, simulations, data checks, manuscript formatting, brainstorming and more. Each skill walks your AI through the task the way a careful colleague would.

  • 27 ready-made prompts

Grouped into eight topics, from math derivations and coding simulations to referee replies, talks and grant admin. Paste one, fill your details, get a working first draft.

  • 7 apps you can build

A figure studio, a writing workbench that links every claim to a source, a research watchlist briefing and more. They cut manual search, extraction and citation work.

  • 12 Grok Bot agents

An academic researcher, a research synthesizer, a peer review bot, a senior data scientist and more. Hand off a chunk of work when you want a second pass.

  • Works in your AI

ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. One download, the same skills and prompts wherever you already work.

  • Daily news and new ideas

Members get a live feed of AI news for physicists, one new idea each day with the prompt to do it, and automatic updates as skills improve.

A day with your plugin

The plugin puts 15 skills, 27 prompts and 7 apps inside the AI you already open. Ask in plain words and it searches the literature, runs the statistics, checks a simulation, drafts the paper section, and keeps every claim tied to a source. You stay the physicist.

  1. Morning

You skim your field. The research watchlist briefing app reports what changed overnight and links each item to the paper, so you know what to read.

  2. Late morning

A student's dataset lands. You use the exploratory data analysis skill to check structure, gaps and outliers, and get a short report before you decide anything.

  3. Afternoon

You need the statistics done properly. The statistical analysis workflow skill runs cleaning, descriptive stats and the right hypothesis test, and explains each choice in plain language.

  4. End of day

You draft a results section. The research paper summarizer skill pulls key findings and citations from your sources, and the manuscript studio app formats them for the journal.

Install it in your AI

Choose the AI you use. No technical knowledge needed: it's a few clicks and some copy and paste.

ChatGPT

Your own GPT on chatgpt.com, plus a plugin for Codex and ChatGPT workspaces. About 5 minutes.

  1. Download the ChatGPT version and unzip it (double-click the file).
  2. On a computer, open chatgpt.com/gpts/editor in your browser (or in ChatGPT: GPTs in the left menu, then + Create at the top right). You need a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise) to make a GPT, and it can't be done in the phone app.
  3. You see two tabs at the top, Create and Configure: click Configure.
  4. Name it Physicist Assistant. Open custom-gpt/instructions.txt, copy everything and paste it into Instructions.
  5. Under Knowledge, upload all the files from the custom-gpt/knowledge folder.
  6. Paste the lines from conversation-starters.txt as conversation starters and click Create.
  7. For the daily news, ideas and skill updates: at chatgpt.com go to Settings → Plugins → Create, add the Complete AI Training server and sign in with your membership. Your Connect page shows each click.

  1. "What can you help me with as a physicist?"Your AI introduces the plugin and suggests where to start.
  2. "Run the Research Data Intake Validation Agent"Starts one of your 12 AI agents. It asks you a few questions first, then runs the task step by step and checks with you before anything important.
  3. "Which apps can you connect to?"Your AI lists the 12 connections for physicists and walks you through adding the ones you use, one app at a time.
  4. "Find a prompt for …"Picks one of the 27 ready-made prompts and asks for your details.

Everything in the plugin

Your AI picks the right part by itself. You can also ask for one by name.

Skills for physicists 15

  • claude scientific skillsBase layer for scientific analysis, for example a quick sanity check on a spectrum or fit before a full study.
  • literature review assistantRuns the full review loop, so a search on dark matter detectors returns formatted citations, a synthesis, and named gaps.
  • agency litreviewBuilds a PICO search plan and a Word research guide, for example scoping the literature on perovskite solar cell stability.
  • statistical analysis workflow assistantCleans data and runs tests, models, and time series, like comparing two measurement batches with a t-test and error bars.
  • research paper summarizerSummarizes a paper and extracts findings, for example pulling key results and limits from a condensed matter preprint.
  • exploratory data analysisOpens a scientific data file in almost any format and reports structure, quality issues, and next steps.

  • journal ready manuscript studioFormats a manuscript for submission, checking structure, figures, abstracts, and citations, for example an APS journal style check.
  • ultimate transparent thinking beast modeWorks a long problem to completion with visible steps, like deriving a partition function and validating it against a known limit.
  • research collaboration facilitatorPlans multi-group projects, drafts stakeholder updates, and finds funding, for example organizing a joint beamline proposal.
  • simulation and modeling research assistantTunes and calibrates models and runs uncertainty and scenario analysis, like sweeping a damping coefficient to match measured decay.
  • hypothesis testing engineDesigns a protocol, gathers data, and returns a verdict with confidence, for example testing whether a new coating reduces thermal drift.
  • scientific brainstormingGenerates research directions and hypotheses, for example three ways to test a proposed quasiparticle explanation of a transport anomaly.
