What's inside
Your week runs on other people's half-finished requests. A manager wants a new approvals flow, a vendor sends a feature list, finance asks why orders slowed, and an auditor wants evidence. You turn all of that into requirements, process maps, comparisons and reports, often in the same afternoon.
17 skills for analyst work
Requirements gathering, process mapping, integration planning, software selection, data modeling, architecture, performance analysis, compliance and security assessment. Each one turns your raw input into a finished artifact.
261 ready-made prompts
Fifteen topics cover requirements analysis, process improvement, data modeling, performance analysis, integration planning, security assessment, software selection, vendor management and more. Copy one, paste it, and answer the questions.
5 apps you can build
A text to diagram workspace, a process measurement desk, a process documentation studio, a source linked documentation workspace and an AI use governance console. Each keeps your work in one owned place.
12 Grok Bot agents
Business Analyst, Specification, Architecture, Workflow Orchestrator, Performance Optimizer, Database Migration Planner, Api Integration, Documentation Engineer, Legacy Modernizer, Deprecation And Migration, Atlassian Requirements to Jira and Technical Researcher.
Works in eight AIs
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. You install it once in the assistant you already open every day at work.
Daily news, ideas, updates
Members get a live connection to Complete AI Training: the daily AI news for systems analysts, one new idea every day with the prompt to do it, and automatic skill updates.
A day with your plugin
This plugin puts 17 skills, 261 prompts and 5 apps inside the AI assistant you already use. Ask for a requirement list, a process map or a vendor comparison and you get a structured draft to check and finish, instead of starting from a blank page.
- Morning
A stakeholder sends a vague request for a new approvals flow. You open the requirements analysis skill, paste their email, and get a prioritized requirement list and use cases to review.
- Late morning
You need to compare two vendors for a warehouse system. The software selection skill builds a weighted comparison with cost, risk and security notes you can take into the meeting.
- Afternoon
Finance asks why order processing slowed. You use the process efficiency skill on last month's logs and get the bottleneck, the root cause and a short action list.
- End of day
You update the process map in the text to diagram workspace, then run a performance analysis prompt to forecast next quarter's volume and flag where capacity will run short.
Install it in your AI
Choose the AI you use. No technical knowledge needed: it's a few clicks and some copy and paste.

Questions
What is a plugin, and how do I install it without technical skills?
A plugin is a set of instructions and files you add to your AI assistant. You download it, follow the short install guide for your tool, and your assistant starts using the skills. No coding.
Which AI assistants does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. You keep using the assistant you already have. Nothing new to learn beyond the install.
What is the difference between the member download and the $49 one-time plugin?
The $49 one-time plugin gives you the skills, prompts and apps as they are. Members also get the daily AI news, a new idea every day with its prompt, and automatic skill updates.
Is my data safe?
The plugin is instructions and files, not a service that stores your work. Your chats stay with your AI provider and follow that provider's privacy and security settings.
How many downloads do I get?
Two plugin downloads a day. That covers installing on your work laptop and your home machine, or sharing a download with one colleague on your team.
