What's inside
Your week runs on tickets. A password reset at 9, a printer that will not connect at 11, a VPN that drops for one team and not another, and a manager who wants the incident summary before you leave. You repeat the same steps, write the same replies, and hope nothing slips.
17 skills for daily support
Ticket intake, troubleshooting, hardware and software setup, network checks, security help and documentation. Each skill asks for the details it needs, then walks you through the fix in order.
233 prompts ready to use
A full prompt library across 14 topics, from diagnosing issues to remote support. Open one, paste your ticket details, and get a structured answer you can send.
3 apps you can build
Build a diagnostic tool, a support assistant with sources and an admin console, and a knowledge distiller that turns verified fixes into reusable articles.
12 Grok Bot agents on call
Network, Linux, triage, knowledge base and customer support agents work alongside you. Use them for second opinions, debugging and busy ticket days.
Works in eight AIs
The same plugin in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. Keep the AI you already have and add the job skills.
Daily news, ideas and updates
Members get a live connection to Complete AI Training: daily AI news for support work, a new idea with the prompt each day, and automatic skill updates.
A day with your plugin
This plugin drops into the AI you already use, like ChatGPT or Copilot. Ask it about a ticket and it brings 17 skills, 233 prompts and 3 apps: step by step fixes, log reading, hardware checks, network tests, security guidance and ready made documentation.
- Morning
A user reports Outlook will not open. You paste the error into the technical issue diagnoser, follow the steps it lists, and confirm it is a profile problem before your stand up.
- Late morning
Three tickets land at once. You run the helpdesk management assistant to sort them by impact, take the one that needs you first, and send the rest clear next steps.
- Afternoon
A whole floor loses its wireless. You open the network troubleshooting advisor, work through the access point checks, then draft the status update with the troubleshooting guide builder.
- End of day
Your manager wants the incident recap. You ask the documentation and reporting assistant to turn today's tickets into a short report with causes, fixes and what is still open.
Install it in your AI
Choose the AI you use. No technical knowledge needed: it's a few clicks and some copy and paste.

Questions
What is a plugin, and how do I install it without technical knowledge?
A plugin is a set of instructions and files that teaches your AI how to do your job. You download one file, follow the short setup steps, and the skills appear in your AI. No coding needed.
Which AI does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. Use the one your team already has. The skills, prompts and apps work the same way in each.
What is the difference between the member download and the $49 standalone plugin?
The $49 one-time plugin is the skills, prompts and apps on their own. Members download it and also get the daily AI news for their job, a new idea every day with the prompt, and automatic skill updates.
Is my data safe?
The plugin is instructions and files, not a database. Your chats stay with the AI provider you chose and follow that provider's privacy settings. The plugin does not store your tickets or customer details.
How many downloads do I get?
Members can download 2 plugins a day. That covers this one and any other you need for your role. Skill updates arrive automatically once you are a member.
Learn to use AI as a technical support specialist
The plugin does the work; the learning path shows you how to get the most out of it, step by step.
