All-in-one AI plugin for event planners
The All-in-One AI Plugin for Event Planners
One download puts 16 planning skills, 24 prompts, 5 apps and 5 Grok Bot agents inside the AI you already use, so venues, budgets and vendors take hours, not weeks.

- 16skills
- 24prompts
- 5apps
- 5Grok bots
What's inside
Your week is a stack of moving parts. A venue holds a date for 24 hours, two caterers send different quotes, the guest list changes again, and the client wants a new budget by Friday. You do most of it in email and spreadsheets, and small timing conflicts slip through.
16 Skills for Events
Venue and vendor research, budget breakdowns, contract risk review, negotiation prep, timelines, guest lists and follow-up. Each skill turns a messy request into a clear document you can send.
24 Prompts, Ready to Go
Eight topics cover client briefs, budgets, venue and vendor research, contracts, timelines, invitations and RSVPs, on-site logistics and post-event follow-up. Paste one in, add your details, and work.
5 Apps You Can Build
An event operations assistant, a venue sourcing service, a wedding vendor timing reconciler, a contingency contact vault, and a venue acoustic suitability brief. Open them in your AI and use them on today's event.
5 Grok Bot Agents
The Vendor Proposal Comparator, Event Staffing Ordering, Guest Outreach Coordinator, Executive Event Orchestrator and Event Coordination Assistant. They compare quotes, order staff, chase RSVPs and keep the whole run going.
Works in Eight AIs
Use it in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor or Kimi. No coding. If you can type a question, you can run every skill, prompt and app.
Daily News and Ideas
Members get a live connection to Complete AI Training inside their AI: daily news for event planners, one new idea each day with the prompt to do it, and automatic skill updates.
A day with your plugin
One download adds 16 skills, 24 prompts, 5 apps and 5 Grok Bot agents to the AI you already use. Ask for a venue comparison, a budget breakdown, or an outreach email and get a working draft in minutes. Nothing new to learn.
- Morning
A client asks for a venue shortlist for 180 guests. You open the venue sourcing service app and get a like-for-like comparison, with unresolved questions about acoustics and capacity flagged before you call anyone.
- Late morning
Three caterers send quotes in different formats. The vendor proposal comparator agent lines them up on price, service and cancellation terms, so you know which questions to ask at 1 p.m.
- Afternoon
The contract arrives and the client wants it signed today. You run the contract risk review skill and get the payment, cancellation and liability clauses in plain words, with suggested changes.
- End of day
The guest list changed twice. You use the invitations and RSVPs prompt to update the RSVP tracker, draft a reminder to non-responders, and give catering a final count for tomorrow's deadline.

Questions
What is a plugin, and how do I install it?
A plugin is a set of instructions and ready-made files that teaches your AI how to do event planning work. You download it once, follow a short guide, and open it in your AI. No coding or technical setup.
Which AI does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and Kimi. You use the AI you already have. The same skills, prompts and apps work in all of them, so switching tools costs you nothing.
What is the difference between the member download and the $49 one-time plugin?
The $49 one-time plugin gives you the 16 skills, 24 prompts, 5 apps and 5 Grok Bot agents. Members also get the daily news, a new idea every day with its prompt, and automatic skill updates.
Is my data safe?
The plugin is only instructions and files. Your chats stay with the AI provider you use, under their privacy terms, exactly as they do today. The plugin does not send your client details anywhere.
How many downloads do I get?
Members can download 2 plugins a day. Take this one for event planning, then pick another for your next task. Some planners download one for weddings and one for corporate events.
