What's inside
Your week is a moving target. Shifts need covering after a late cancellation, applicants sit in a spreadsheet, event briefings get rewritten by hand, and hour logs arrive in three different formats. You spend the day chasing updates instead of supporting volunteers, and something always slips.
Skills for your whole program
Seventeen skills cover applicant screening, shift scheduling, training plans, reminders, event staffing, difficult conversations, and impact reporting. Each one asks for the details it needs and gives you a draft you can approve.
Prompts ready to copy
Twenty-two ready-made prompts across nine topics: recruiting volunteers, screening applicants, training, scheduling shifts, event coordination, communication, tracking hours, recognition, and improving your program. Paste one, add your details, send.
Three apps you can build
Build an event volunteer briefing compiler that shares only approved information per role, a shared schedule portal, and a task preparation app that matches tasks to what volunteers said they prefer.
A team of AI helpers
Twelve Grok Bot agents work alongside you, including a Hiring Screener, Event Staffing Compliance, Google and Outlook calendar automation, Calendly scheduling, an onboarding psychologist, and community moderators.
Works in eight AIs
Use it in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, or Kimi. One download, the same skills and prompts wherever you already work.
Something new every day
Members get a live connection to Complete AI Training: daily AI news for volunteer coordinators, one new idea each day with the prompt to run it, and automatic skill updates.
A day with your plugin
The plugin drops into the AI you already use. Ask it to screen applicants, draft a shift plan, write a briefing for each role, or send reminder messages. It works from your files and your rules, and it keeps one shared schedule so nobody misses an update.
- Morning
You open your AI and ask the resume screening skill to rank this week's volunteer applicants against the role requirements. It returns a shortlist with notes on gaps so you know who to call.
- Late morning
Two volunteers cancel Friday's shift. The employee scheduling skill rebuilds coverage from availability and skills, flags who is close to their hour limit, and gives you two swap options to approve.
- Afternoon
You use the event volunteer briefing compiler app before Saturday's food drive. Each role gets a one-page brief with only approved details: arrival time, task, lead name, and what to do if plans change.
- End of day
Log the day's volunteer hours, then ask the notification reminder hub to send tomorrow's shift reminders to the twelve people signed up for the morning pantry shift.

Questions
What is a plugin, and how do I install it without technical knowledge?
A plugin is a set of instructions and files that teaches your AI how to do your job. You download it once and add it to your AI the same way you upload a document. No coding, no setup calls, and step-by-step instructions are included.
Which AI does it work with?
It works in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, and Kimi. You keep using the AI you already have open at work. The same skills, prompts, and apps come with your download.
What is the difference between the member download and the $49 one-time plugin?
Members get the plugin plus a live connection to Complete AI Training: daily AI news for your job, a new idea each day with the prompt to run it, and automatic skill updates. The $49 one-time standalone plugin has the same skills, prompts, and apps, without the daily news, ideas, or updates.
Is my data safe?
The plugin is instructions and files. Your chats stay with your AI provider, and their privacy and security settings apply. Nothing from your volunteer records is sent to us, and you decide what you paste in.
How many downloads do I get?
Members can download two plugins a day. If you want the one for Volunteer Coordinators plus another role on your team, you can get both the same day.
Learn to use AI as a volunteer coordinator
The plugin does the work; the learning path shows you how to get the most out of it, step by step.
