What's inside
Your week runs on details. A funder wants a report by Friday. A site coordinator needs the volunteer schedule. Finance asks for budget variance by program. You draft emails, clean up meeting notes, and rebuild the same tracker again, often after hours.
17 skills for daily work
Draft outreach emails, turn meeting notes into action items, write weekly reports, track project progress, review budgets, and screen grant opportunities. Each skill runs inside your AI chat.
29 ready-made prompts
Ready-made prompts for participant outreach, program planning, grant deliverables, budgets, staff and volunteers, outcomes, progress reports, and stakeholder meetings. Open the library, pick one, and paste it into your AI.
5 apps you can build
Build a meeting and content portal, a stakeholder evidence register, a grant award reporting calendar, a grant application workspace, and a task and note coordination workspace. No coding needed.
8 Grok Bot agents
A team of agents including Grant Finder, RFP Compliance Drafter, Meeting Notes, Schedule Tasks, Business Analyst, and Project Budget Management Assistant. They handle repeat tasks while you stay in charge.
Works in eight AIs
Use it in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, and Kimi. One download, the same skills and prompts wherever you already work.
Daily news and ideas
Members get a live connection to Complete AI Training: daily AI news for your job, one new idea each day with the prompt to try it, and automatic skill updates.
A day with your plugin
The plugin puts that work inside the AI you already use. Ask it to draft the funder email, turn rough notes into action items, or check the grant budget. It follows your formats and keeps one record you can share with your team.
- Morning
You open your AI and ask the weekly report skill to turn last week's notes into a status update for your director. It lists progress, blockers, and next steps in your usual format.
- Late morning
A partner meeting ends. You paste the transcript into the meeting notes skill and get decisions, action items, and owners. You send the summary before lunch.
- Afternoon
Finance asks where the program budget stands. You run the budget tracking skill to compare budget against actual by category and period, then share the variance and percentage used.
- End of day
Before you log off, you use the grant deadline prompt to build a backwards schedule for the next award report, so nothing lands on your desk at the last minute.
Install it in your AI

Questions
What is a plugin, and how do I install it without technical knowledge?
A plugin is a set of instructions and files you add to your AI account. You download it once, follow a short setup guide, and your AI gains the skills and prompts. No coding, no server, no IT ticket.
Which AI does it work with?
It works in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, and Kimi. Use the AI your organization already approved. The same skills and prompts move with you.
What is the difference between the member download and the $49 one-time standalone plugin?
Members get the plugin plus a live connection to Complete AI Training: daily AI news for your job, a new idea every day with the prompt, and automatic skill updates. The $49 standalone plugin is a one-time download with no daily news, ideas, or updates.
Is my data safe?
The plugin is instructions and files. It does not store your data. Your chats stay with the AI provider you use, under that provider's privacy terms and your organization's rules. Check with your team before pasting sensitive client details.
How many downloads do I get?
You can download 2 plugins a day. That gives you room to try this one and another, or to re-download on a new device. Your member access keeps everything updated.
